Managing a structured daily schedule of inbound calls, you will own the end-to-end processing of transaction orders, verify routing accuracy, resolve complex account inquiries, and systematically log escalated cases. The position requires a high level of verbal diplomacy to diffuse tense cross-border processing delays while maintaining absolute data accuracy and adherence to strict corporate security and transaction compliance protocols.
