TELUS Digital is hiring a Customer Service International Voice Specialist for its global Customer Experience (CX) management hub in Noida. In this high-volume, regulated communication infrastructure role, you will act as the direct frontline interface for international wire transfer customers and transaction agents. Managing a structured daily schedule of inbound calls, you will own the end-to-end processing of transaction orders, verify routing accuracy, resolve complex account inquiries, and systematically log escalated cases. The position requires a high level of verbal diplomacy to diffuse tense cross-border processing delays while maintaining absolute data accuracy and adherence to strict corporate security and transaction compliance protocols.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate degree from a recognized institution (candidates who are currently result-awaited are fully eligible to apply).
  • Open to both entry-level freshers and experienced lateral professionals. For lateral hires, a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in an International Voice process is preferred.
  • Elite verbal and written communication proficiency in English, featuring strong active listening skills and a neutral global accent structure.
  • Strong customer service diplomacy, with a demonstrated ability to stay calm under operational pressure and diffuse tense financial or transactional customer service interactions.
  • Complete comfort working in a highly regimented, call-volume-tracked schedule with unconditional flexibility to work rotational night shifts and rotational weeks off.
  • Full willingness to relocate to Noida and work entirely onsite from the corporate office infrastructure.
